I spent 3+ years at The Co-operators keeping mission-critical finance and insurance systems running: owning incidents end to end on a 24×7 on-call rotation, investigating APIs, logs and databases to find root causes, and building the SQL, REST and PowerShell integrations that move data between ERP/EPM platforms.

Along the way I automated the repetitive parts — ETL pipelines, RPA batch processes, Power Automate flows and reconciliation jobs — and wrote the runbooks that let teams resolve recurring issues faster.

Today I apply that production mindset to AI: LLM-powered tools, retrieval-augmented assistants and agentic workflows that triage, route and act — with the logging, validation and guardrails real operations need.
